Throughout her career, Ms. Vladimirova has assisted clients in various business transactions and matters including merger and acquisition transactions, entity formation and governance issues, contract drafting and interpretation, and other general business matters.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Ms. Vladimirova was an attorney at an Indianapolis-area law firm. She is a native Russian speaker and holds a Masters in Tax Law from Boston University. Ms. Vladimirova also is a member of several trade associations, including the Indianapolis Bar Association, Executive Women In Finance, and the American Bar Association.
