He is a Registered Civil Mediator and focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and medical malpractice defense matters. Mr. Higgins has conducted numerous mediations, arbitrations, and facilitated a variety of settlements, as well as litigated many matters via trials.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Higgins served as a litigator for Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Mr. Higgins is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, Illinois and will assist clients from the firm’s Merrillville, Indiana location.
