Rachel L. Conner is a member of the Real Estate and Environmental Practice with extensive experience in renewable energy, agriculture, and land use policy.  She has commodity crops advocacy experience, with a focus on federal policy issues affecting farm operations.  In addition, Mrs. Conner has experience in commercial construction litigation and local economic development projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Mrs. Conner was the founder and CEO of an energy and agribusiness consulting firm and the Executive Director of Hoosiers for Renewables.  She has previously served on the Industry Affairs team at the Indiana Soybean Alliance and Indiana Corn Growers Association and as a county Plan Commission Director.  Mrs. Conner holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Ball State University.
