Thomas C. Higgins Joins Krieg DeVault's Litigation Practice Group
Krieg DeVault is proud to announce that Thomas C. Higgins has joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, as Of Counsel. He is a Registered Civil Mediator and focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation and medical malpractice defense matters. Mr. Higgins has conducted numerous mediations, arbitrations, and facilitated a variety of settlements, as well as litigated many matters via trials.
Prior to joining Krieg DeVault, Mr. Higgins served as a litigator for Allstate Insurance Company, State Farm Insurance Company, and Liberty Mutual Insurance.
Mr. Higgins is a graduate of The John Marshall Law School, in Chicago, Illinois and will assist clients from the firm’s Merrillville, Indiana location.
